Photography is hard work. It requires not just the actual photo and the application of the correct lenses as well as camera settings. It also requires selection and choice. Copyright and the correct attribution are therefore important to photographers in general.

General licensing

All pictures on this website as well as my social media are protected by copyright. Any usage without my explicit permission is therefore prohibited.

Exceptions are pictures which are licensed under a Creative Commons License (see below) as well as shared copyright (between me and the party to which the copyright is shared). Pictures under Creative Commons licenses are marked as such. Attribution still applies.

Exceptions to the above

Airsoft pictures published by me in a Facebook group can be used on personal social media such as Instagram. Attribution applies.

• Regarding non-personal and non-commercial accounts: Such an account has to explicitly attribute the picture to my airsoft Instagram account I_am_kim_2.
• Commercial personal and non-personal accounts: Such an account has to have explicit permission from me to use any picture from the aforementioned Facebook groups. Such a permission can be acquired as direct message through social media from one of my accounts (I_am_kim_2 or kims.photo.dk) as well as via e-mail from this website.
